Hammers Guide

Hammers are the only reason eggs finish. Every field object has HP; your equipped hammer’s Power is the damage. The shop sits near the starting line in the lobby. Buy with cash, equip, walk back into the field. Stronger tools do not change which Brainrot an egg can roll — they change whether you can break the egg before you alt-tab. Pair this page with the hammer tier list and the hammer planner.

Prices and Power below are the March 2026 public table (26 tools including Toy). Chaos and Pets patches may have added rows. If your live shop shows a name that is not here, trust the shop.

How to use the ladder

Buy the next hammer when the cost is roughly a short wait at your current income, not a session-long save. Sitting on Stone while Gold is a two-minute wait is throwing field time away. Sitting on Rainbow for an hour to afford Frozen is also wrong if your slots are empty — fill Brainrot printers first.

Power jumps that matter early: Toy 10 → Rainbow 40 is a four-times swing. Emerald 100 is the first “I can actually farm mid eggs” feeling. Blood Moon 200 opens the ugly HP pools. Divine 500 and Glitch 600 are late-mid. Pirate God 1000 is the published cap and is why people talk about a later field that costs on the order of 2Q to enter.

Rebirth resets non-Robux hammers. A cash-bought Clockwork disappears on prestige; a Robux hammer does not. If you prestige often, stop dumping trillions into a cash hammer you are about to delete. Details in rebirth.

Field HP, not just Power

A 1000 Power hammer on a Common egg is overkill. A 10 Power hammer on a Divine-looking block is a joke. Match tool to zone: if an egg barely chips, leave it and buy Power or unlock a more honest section. Deeper paid zones spawn rarer eggs with more HP — that is the deal. The rare Brainrots guide explains why you still walk there.

Gears do not replace hammers. Speed Coil gets you to eggs. Slap and bombs contest them. The hammer still finishes HP. Rank gears on the gear tier list.

Robux versus cash hammers

The shop is a cash ladder. Robux skips exist in the live economy (the steal session on the rebirth page spends heavily). Paying real money for Power only makes sense if you rebirth often and hate rebuilding Wood–Emerald. It does not skip named Brainrot requirements.

After you own the hammer

Equip it before you cross the line. Players forget and swing Toy at a Cosmic egg. Then go farm: cash guide if slots lag the shop, getting started if you are still on the first plot.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

How many hammers are there?

Twenty-six on the March 2026 list, Toy through Pirate God. Check the live shop after Chaos / Pets patches.

Does a better hammer change egg loot?

No. It only shortens HP. Rarity comes from the egg and the zone. See rare Brainrots.

What hammer should I buy first?

Wood, then Stone, then Gold. Use the hammer planner after Rainbow.

Do hammers survive rebirth?

Cash hammers reset. Robux hammers stay. Full prestige rules are in the rebirth guide.
