Eggs, not hammers, roll the loot

Breaking an egg rolls a Brainrot from that egg’s rarity table. A Pirate God hammer on a starter shell still rolls starter junk. A Rainbow hammer on a deep-zone high-HP egg can roll the good table if you finish it. Power is permission. Zone and egg type are the gacha.

The field sells that permission in sections. Each unlocked strip raises the spawn rate of better shells. Beginner guides are explicit: walk farther, pay the gate, see rarer eggs. If you cannot break them, you bought a museum exhibit. Come back with hammers from Blood Moon upward for ugly HP, Divine / Glitch for late shells, Pirate God if you are actually in the 2Q-scale later field players mention.

How a hunt session should look

1. Equip the best hammer you can swing without going broke.
2. Skip eggs that die in one hit if you are hunting — those are the common table.
3. Commit to high-HP shells your Power can finish in a reasonable time.
4. Pick up immediately. On a five-player server the hatch is public.
5. Carry home. Place. Replace the worst slot.
6. If the unit is a keeper, try to hatch a duplicate for the mutation machine.

Stealing is on the menu. The Robux session on the rebirth page exists because people pay to yoink Cosmic hatches. You can do the same with positioning and gears. You cannot do it with an auto-pickup script unless you like bans — script safety.

Limiteds and live events

Chaos update shouts added 25+ Brainrots, limited Caylusaurus, and limited pet Pancake and Syrup. Those do not come from grinding the first grass strip. They come from being online for Admin Abuse and reading the changelog. If your Index is missing names your friends have, you missed a window, not a hammer.

Mutations

Two of the same Brainrot go into the machine. The output is a stronger or tagged version of that unit — sessions talk about mutations as a deposit of two. A mutated mid-tier keeper often out-earns a fresh Common “rare looking” hatch. Duplicate before prestige, because rebirth wipes the plot.

When to stop hunting and prestige

If the Rebirth panel needs a named unit, that unit is your rare hunt. Ignore flex Godlys until the key is in the slot. The rebirth checklist exists so you do not prestige a required Brainrot away. After prestige, you are back on weak hammers unless you paid Robux, so the hunt pauses until Power returns.
